The Belgian prodigy, youngest professor at the Brussels Conservatoire, plays virtuoso showpieces by Ysaÿe, Franck and Debussy.

 

He also revives Eugène Guilllaume’s Fantaisie which the composer wrote as a First World War refugee in Mid Wales and dedicated to Gwendoline Davies, one of the founders of the Gregynog Festival.
